- Is Your Packaging Eco Friendly?
All of our shipping packaging from our boxes, to our shipping tape, the inside protective padding and even informational inserts are thoughtfully sourced with 100% eco-friendly material made either from recycled, plant based and/or biodegradable composition.
- What Is Included In The Starter Kit?
ALL 4 REUSABLE GLASS SPRAY BOTTLES & CLEANING CONCENTRATES
All Purpose Degreaser: Use on any hard surface including ones that are greasy or difficult to get clean
Glass: Apply to glass, counters, stainless steel and other hard surfaces
Wood & Floor: Apply to coated wood surfaces such as wood furniture or floors
Granite & Tile: Apply to sealed granite, tile or other hard surface
- Where Do You Ship?
We ship anywhere in the Continental United States (not Alaska or Hawaii at this time).
- Can I Cancel Or Change My Order Once It Has Processed?
We cannot cancel or change your order once it has been placed. Please contact [email protected] to explain what you need and we will do our best to assist you.
- When Will My Order Ship?
Standard timeframe orders are shipped are within 2-3 business days after we receive your order. Depending on where you live, you can expect to have your order delivered to you in 7-10 business days.
- What Is Your Return Policy?
We expect that you will be delighted with your Clean in Vogue cleaning products. If you decide that you are not happy with them then you can arrange to return them within 30 days after they have been shipped TO you. Write an email to [email protected] and Important: Type the word Return Request & your Order # in the subject line to help expedite your request.
Day 1 of the 30 days begins from the date your order shipped and your return must be received by Clean in Vogue within 60 days from the Day 1 we shipped to you. When we receive your returned order, we inspect it and send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item(s), whether or not we can refund your return, and if we approve your return, it will include return label instructions. If your return is approved, a credit to your credit or debit card will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card within the number of days your bank takes to process.
- How Can I Change Or Cancel My Concentrate Subscriptions?
It’s convenient and simple! Log into your account on our website. If you do not have an account, create one by using the email address that you used to order your initial product(s). Under “my subscriptions,” choose which product concentrate (they come in 2 oz. viles) you would like to have automatically delivered to your address then choose how often you will want the refills – monthly, or every 2,3 or 4 months. Your subscription will renew automatically every 1, 2, 3, or 4 months depending on the frequency you selected during your initial purchase. Your credit card will be charged on the date your subscription ships. If you want to modify, change the date of your next order, skip your next order, or cancel your subscription, log into your account on our website. Once you’re logged in, click on ‘My Subscriptions’ and select the subscription you’d like to update. If you have multiple subscriptions, choose which one you would like to manage and select, “Manage Subscriptions.” If you need to change your delivery address or payment method for your subscriptions, go to the “more settings” section of the subscription you would like to change the address for and click save or update card. To cancel your subscription the changes need to be submitted to us by 12PM EST the day before the order is processed. For instance, if your subscription processes every 5th of the month, your cancellation must be submitted to Clean in Vogue by 12PM EST on the 4th. To do this, simply log into your account on our website and click “my subscriptions” and choose the subscription you would like to cancel and click “Cancel Subscription”.
